Topic: Looking to tips for how to code the fisheye lens for the main stages

So, in my experiments messing around in Unity, I have found that there is a sort of built in fisheye effect for the camera, but it doesn’t seem to work the same way the fisheye does in X-treme. It seems like the effect in Unity simply warps the image instead of affecting the actual field of vision. Does anybody have any code or tips they can share for properly coding a Sonic X-treme styled fisheye lens?
